Say it and make peace! Holding feelings may avoid a temporary discomfort but might leave a permanent injury to the relationship and to your soul. Say it with an open heart and with the same heart take the feedback in. Fight the issue not the person. Shake hands with the soul not just with the body. Focus on the bigger picture and greater good not on the immediate ego satisfaction. Claim inner peace and share it with the one in front of you. You are the greatest contributor to peace in your own life, take the responsibility and be successfully peaceful!
Peace calls us to smile more, deep breath often and always respect other people's rights!
